Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all incoming sales enquiries, liaising with other staff and departments to produce technically complex quotations and other selling documents in a timely manner. Monitoring the status of live quotations you will conduct telephone follow up calls to arrange appointments for the external sales force and alert them to new and developing opportunities as they arise. An element of sales support is envisioned, whereby you will research and obtain information for the sales staff when they are out of the office, and maintain contact with our overseas agents.You will ensure that all relevant details are in place as orders are placed, and pass ownership to our contracts staff. Attending monthly sales meetings, you will present a reporting package on monthly statistics to the management team. Key Skills:- 1. A technical (preferably engineering) qualification or background. 2. Computer literacy 3. A highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic approach to the role. 4.
